William "Billy Wilson" a Documentary
Join us for a new documentary about history made in Tioga County! Director Gale Largey tells the story of William "Billy" Wilson, beloved coal miner of Arnot-Blossburg and first U.S. Secretary of Labor. This film is based upon interviews with descendants and information from news articles listed in the Library of Congress. This film presentation is free and open to the public. Donations will be accepted and concessions will be available for purchase.

75th PA State Laurel Festival
Every year in mid-June the community of Wellsboro celebrates the blooming of our State flower with the annual PA State Laurel Festival. The week-long event will include a juried arts and crafts fair, queens pageant, pet parade, children's health fair, and foot races, a gospel sing and several musical concerts, as well as the traditional two-hour Laurel Festival Parade. This is always a great week packed full of fun for the entire family - you are sure to find something for everyone's taste.
